The purpose of the marketing and sales unit is to manage all matters that lead to the identification, maintenance and development of profitable customers and the promotion of the company's name and brand. This section consists of two independent units (market development unit and sales unit).
One of the missions of this unit is growth strategies that identify and develop new markets. The market development strategy targets new potential customers in new markets and non-customers in the current target market.
